📑 The Israeli army is pulling two reserve brigades to operate in Gaza Strip, under the 99th Division

The 679th "Yiftah" Armored Brigade and the 2nd "Carmeli" Infantry Brigade, which had been operating on the northern border, "prepared in recent weeks for their mission in the Gaza Strip," the military says.

The IDF says the two reserve brigades "practiced battle techniques and learned the main insights and lessons from fighting and maneuvering in the Gaza Strip so far."

⚠️ In a first of such a message in this battle in Lebanon, with similarity to what was in Gaza, the Israeli army issued the following statement

"IDF: Initial report - The IDF is currently striking Hezbollah terror targets in southern Lebanon. Details to follow."

A massive attack is ongoing in Aita al-Shaab.

📷 At least 14 airstrikes took place between Aita al-Shaab and Ramiah border villages.

This is the biggest wave of attacks on date.

🚨 IDF's ‘Ghost Unit’ commander resigns: the domino effect of resignations has started

Reports have for months shown that the majority of the Israeli army's commanders have been planning to resign after the war out of shame for the 7-October failure.

However, 6 months into this war, with hostages still in Gaza and with an ever weakening Israeli leadership, commanders are jumping out of a sinking ship.

Today, and with immediate effect, Colonel Dvir Hever - the commander of the most elite Multidimensional ‘Ghost’ Unit (Unit ⁠888) still currently fighting in Gaza - has resigned.

The previous commander, Roi Levi, was killed by Hamas on 7 ⁠October.

The tank was hit, caught on fire, and exploded. The Israeli army didn't acknowledge the event. Smoke was then deployed to evacuate the casualties from the tank.
