In this photo, Mohammed Rida Zahdi is seen with senior Hezbullah leadership commander Wissam Al-Taweel.

Wissam was assassinated by Israel early in this battle in his home village.

📷 Israeli users are reporting that when they use GPS, their location is being directed to Beirut.

Considering they (Israeli army) are jamming GPS to divert attacks away from them, one can only wonder if they jamming it towards Beirut (?) might somehow direct whatever projectile using GPS to Beirut!?

📝 As some noted, GPS is only working in Beirut's airport so any GPS request is being directed towards that zone.

📹 Al-Jazeera found and leaked new footage showing the Israeli army shooting towards unarmed Palestinians who gathered to collect food aid dropped from planes.

The army shot at one, and was able to wound him.

The Israeli army proceeded to shoot the injured unarmed Palestinian who was moving away from the aid towards his home.

He was killed by the Jews for the crime of getting aid for his hungry family.

🔴 Haaretz: ‘This is how IDF shoots anyone who enters the “extermination zones” in Gaza’

A paywalled article on 31 ⁠March by Israeli newspaper Haaretz reveals the existence of what the Israeli army calls “extermination zones” in Gaza (שטחי ההשמדה):

«According to the army's data, since the outbreak of the war in the south, around 9,000 terrorists have already been killed. However, officers, soldiers and members of the security establishment tell Haaretz that often these are civilians who did not pose any threat and whose only sin was crossing an imaginary line drawn by the forces - and which gives them permission to shoot.»

(Note: it's the same Hebrew word as in the WW2 concept of “extermination camp”)

📑 Biden tells Israel, immediate end of war NOW

In a call today with Israeli PM Netanyahu, President Biden "underscored that an immediate ceasefire is essential to stabilize and improve the humanitarian situation and protect innocent civilians..."

Biden "emphasized that the strikes on humanitarian workers and the overall humanitarian situation are unacceptable," per the readout.

Biden also told Netanyahu that Israel must "announce and implement" a series of "concrete and measurable steps" to protect aid workers and address humanitarian suffering.

Biden had previously been careful to make clear that his calls for a ceasefire were conditioned on a deal to bring Israeli hostages home.

📷 For the 6th time today, limited rocket fire was done from Gaza towards Israel.

🌷 Sheikh Nabil Qaouk, member of Hezbullah's Central Council, was in the front row along with Iran's Imam Khamenei in the funeral of the 7 Iranian martyrs who were murdered in Damascus.

The martyrs were close aids to Hezbullah. One Hezbullah martyr was killed alongside them.

📝 Although the situation on the battlefield in Gaza isn't very comfortable, but with only two Israeli brigades left, it is more at ease then before.

The trajectory of the war is moving in favour of the resistance because the international pressure is building on Israel. You can't run away from your crimes for long.

Hamas never expected to win on the battlefield, they can't. However they can win by forcing the army to fail.

This trajectory and momentum can continue as long as the Iranians can make sure not to kill any civilian settlers in Israel.

In my worthless assesment, I'm confident Iran will not attack south nor central Israel. No Tel Aviv nor Dimona guys...boooo.

The attack will be most likely be in the Galilee or Golan Heights against an Israeli base.

The assesment is based on some factors. That aside, any Iranian attack from the mainland will have to get cleared by Iraq and Syria.

Without that, Iran would be putting civilians there at risk. However I'm tempted to assume the Iranian attack will be launched from Syria not Iran.

Launching a 2,000 km ballistic missile is a ...meh. Not anyone's first choice.

Days will tell and days are in our favour insha'Allah.

📑 Details from the Haaretz article on IDF's extermination zones in Gaza

Note: In English, Haaretz has translated to ‘kill zone’, PressTV to ‘extermination zone’, and L'Orient to ‘death zone’. The Hebrew term (שטחי ⁠ההשמדה) mirrors ‘extermination camp’ (מחנה ⁠ההשמדה).

In English, a ‘kill zone’ is how military and police officers describe a combat zone or crime scene where deadly force could happen.

In Gaza, ‘kill zones’ are not ambushes to trap Hamas, but simply any areas surrounding IDF positions. “In every combat zone, commanders define such kill zones”, a reserve officer tells Haaretz.

“As soon as people enter it, mainly adult males, orders are to shoot and kill, even if that person is unarmed”, he continues. Significant discretion is given to commanders to decide whether to open fire on people near a kill zone.

It is almost impossible for civilians to know whether they are entering one, as their boundaries are not determined in advance.

Officers admitted that some Palestinians may have been going back to their homes or searching for food.

”It's astonishing to hear the reports after every operation regarding how many terrorists were killed. You don't need to be a genius to realise that you don't have hundreds or dozens of armed men running through the streets of Khan Younis or Jabalia fighting the IDF”, says a senior officer.
