Had Israel said 40 crossed into Israel, it would have been understandable. The said only 40 fired, making it a difference of 22 rockets.

That, and them sounding wrong alarms in the whole north, when rockets were all fired to one area facing Aita Al-Shaab. Similarly with sounding too many alarms in Qirayt Shmona and surrounding earlier.

⛔ The Islamic Resistance added to its statement the following:

Meron Base is concerned with organizing, coordinating and managing all air operations towards Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Cyprus and the northern part of the eastern basin of the Mediterranean Sea.

This base also constitutes a major center for electronic jamming operations on the aforementioned directions, and a large number of elite Israeli officers and soldiers work in this base.
