Lebanon: The Israeli army artillery attacked the valley of Hunin near the fence.

The gunman has escaped successfully as of now, after attacking Israeli army soldiers in Margaliot.

🔴 Saudi airlines which had frequent flights to Lebanon on behalf of MEA (Lebanon's carrier) has canceled its flights to Lebanon until 31 October.

MEA has also canceled most of its flights.

🔴 The US embassy in Lebanon issued a new statement warning Americans from traveling here & encouraging those here to leave.

"We urge U.S. citizens not to travel to Lebanon.

"We recommend that U.S. citizens in Lebanon make appropriate arrangements to leave the country; commercial options currently remain available."

"We recommend that U.S. citizens who choose not to depart prepare contingency plans for emergency situations."

🔴 Statement by Israel: The Israeli army assassinated three Hezbullah members identified in the area of the border with Lebanon.

In addition, a short while ago, IDF snipers opened fire toward gunmen that were identified operating in the area of the border with Lebanon.

🔴 Israeli War Minister Gallant shares his plan for Gaza:

“This war consists of three stages.

1️⃣ “We are in the first phase, where a military campaign is being conducted with fire, then with a [ground] maneuver with the purpose of destroying operatives and damaging infrastructure in order to defeat and destroy Hamas.

2️⃣ “The second phase will be an intermediate phase to continue fighting with less intensity and eliminate pockets of resistance.

3️⃣ “The third step will be to establish a new security system in the Gaza Strip, removing Israel’s responsibility for life in the Gaza Strip and creating a new security reality for the citizens of Israel and the residents of the [Gaza envelope].” [i.e. a buffer zone]

If Israel's invasion plan is to happen, it will focus on the north only, which is the heart of the Gaza Strip. The south is a secondary objective.

Hamas release footage of its attack on a Merkava tank using a drone.

The attack targeted the tank's sensors, effectively blinding it. The Trophy system does not work for top attacks.

The Israeli army used phosphorus shells near the fence facing Margaliot settlement near Wadi Hunin while pursuing the fighter that infiltrated into the settlement and escaped successfully.

🔴 Initial reports of mortar fire from Lebanon toward Al-Alam Israeli military base in Shebaa farms.

Belgium and Oman issue a statement demanding their citizens to leave Lebanon immediately.

They join the US, Canada, and KSA in this warning.

Update: Ruwaisat Al-Alam and Al-Samaqa Israeli military sites on the Lebanese border were attacked with ATGMs.
