⋯ Baalbek: The election was stopped in the polling station № ⁠33 in Al-Ram. The papers from the registers 34 to 50 were damaged due to a scuffle among voters.

⋯ The campaign office of pro-Lebanese-Forces party candidate Abbas Al-Jawhari “defects”, declaring its support to Hezbullah in Beqaa.

⋯ A number of voters who vote for the Lebanese Forces party voted in favor of the opposition.

This leak caused tensions at the campaign office of the party.

⋯ Candidate Pierre Abu Assi was subjected to a ramming attempt.

⋯ Security forces arrested 3 people from the Phalange Party (Kataeb) while distributing bribes in El-Jadida (VDL).

⋯ The voter turnout in Baalbek-Hermel reached 40%, while it did not exceed 23% in the south Lebanon.

PSP asks its supporters to give votes ONLY to Taimour Joumblat, son of the party leader, from now till the polls end.

⋯ Lebanese Forces MP Habahi accuses the internal security forces (ISF - Lebanese Police) of working with Hezbullah in polling stations.

Despite delays and the slow voting process, the interior ministry is refusing to extend the voting time beyond 7:00 pm.

⋯ Lebanese parliamentary elections: NNA reported that the ballot boxes in the second district of Beirut closed and reached the turnout of 40% as of 6:30 pm.

This is higher than 2018's turnout of 37% and it's important to factor that fewer sunnis voted this year.
