Raids also continued, with the latest arrest being against Palestinian Authority Intelligence Officer Azmi Mansur.

A large explosion was heard on the Palestinian-Lebanese border which prompted the UN Forces to fly over the area near Aita to monitor the situation.

No known IDF drills today, and no reports of any security event either.

Of those killed yesterday by the IDF, was a 17 y/o minor who was far from IDF soldiers, unarmed, while the IDF was raiding a town in internationally-recognized as occupied West Bank.

He posed no threat nor was near the soldiers.

⋯ According to the medical examination, he was shot with an expanding bullet, locally called “al-dumdum bullet” (from the British-produced bullets in Dum Dum, India).

These bullets destroy bones and chunks of flesh, making any medical attempts to stop bleeding severely complicated, raising the chances of death. The use of expanding bullets for warfare is a war crime and prohibited by The Hague Convention of 1899, but it has been disputed by the USA, and these bullets remain in the arsenal of many countries' law enforcement.

The Lebanese Doctors Syndicate sent a letter to the ruler of UAE, pleading to free Dr.Kharrat: "We hope that Dr. Richard Al-Kharrat will be released as soon as possible."
