He added that the current priority is preparing for an international conference on reconstruction and recovery, noting that Lebanon needs around 500 million euros to address the humanitarian crisis over the next six months. He also stated that diplomatic efforts will continue through direct talks with Israel, and that negotiations will be difficult and require strong support from international partners.

What he has posted here for example, while “true”, has important details that should warrant a more careful choice of words.
For example, saying the US has “totally closed” Hormuz is not true, because the US did not close the strait entirely, instead they imposed the blockade on Iran alone. In fact, the US CENTCOM is very careful following the elements of a legal blockade to a T. This matters because closing the strait, which is international waters, is ILLEGAL per international maritime law, and is something Iran has been doing, not the US.
Trump’s words often do not reflect reality and this unnecessarily complicates matters.
