๐ด Any lines drawn by the occupation in the south do not concern us.
๐ด There are no yellow, red, or green linesโฆ and we will not accept any imposed reality forced by the enemy.
๐ด The Israeli withdrawal from all areas it has advanced into must happen immediately.
๐ด Any continued presence of the occupation means that the resistance will remain active on the ground.
๐ด This is Lebanese land, and we will not accept giving up even one meter of it.
๐ด We are not against negotiations, but we support indirect negotiations, and we have had successful experiences before.
๐ด We engaged in indirect negotiations with U.S. envoys, most recently with Amos Hochstein regarding maritime border demarcation.
๐ด We managed to resolve most of the disputed points along the Blue Line, with only a limited number of issues remaining.
๐ด We participated in the process of drafting United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 through indirect negotiations with David Welch.
๐ด No comment on the possibility of success in direct negotiations.
๐ด I call on the displaced to wait and not return for now due to lack of trust in the enemyโs behavior.
๐ด We did not start the war, but the occupation and its attacks forced upon us the choice of resistance.
๐ด We will remain steadfast until the occupation ends and all Lebanese territory is fully restored.

๐ฒ - ๐ฑ๐ง President Joseph Aoun to a delegation of MPs and municipal heads from the Jezzine district:
๐ด The steadfastness of southerners in their towns and villages, and their embrace of displaced families from neighboring communities, is a testament to Lebanese unity and solidarity.
๐ด We continue to press international bodies and humanitarian organizations to increase aid for southern Lebanese โ both the displaced and those hosting them.
๐ด Negotiations do not mean concession or surrender โ they are a means to resolve problems. It is vital that Lebanese stand behind their state at this particular moment.
๐ด Diplomacy is war without bloodshed โ which is why the decision was made to engage in negotiations, for negotiations take place between adversaries.

Investigation Results and Conclusions Regarding the Conduct of a Soldier from the Defense Forces Who Desecrated a Christian Religious Symbol in Southern Lebanon
The results and conclusions of the serious incident involving a soldier from the Defense Forces assaulting a Christian religious symbol in southern Lebanon were presented to the commander of the 162nd Division, Brigadier General Shagiv Dahhan, yesterday evening (Monday).
The investigation findings indicate that during an activity by a Defense Forces unit in the area of the Christian village of Dbl in southern Lebanon, the soldier in question desecrated a Christian religious symbol, while another soldier filmed the incident, which was later published.
Six other soldiers were present at the scene without intervening to stop it or report it. The investigation concluded that the soldiers' conduct deviated entirely from the Defense Forces' orders and values.
The Defense Forces express profound regret for the incident and affirm that their activity in Lebanon is directed against Hezbollah and other terrorist elements, not against Lebanese civilians.
Since receiving the report of the incident, the Northern Command has been working to assist the village residents in replacing the statue.
The division commander received the investigation results and the commanders' recommendations. Based on this, the soldier who assaulted the religious symbol and the soldier who filmed it have been removed from combat duties, and each has been sentenced to 30 days in military prison. As for the remaining soldiers who stood by without intervening, they have been summoned for clarification sessions to be held later, and decisions regarding their continued handling at the command level will be made accordingly.
Instructions regarding the handling of religious institutions and symbols were once again emphasized to the forces before entering the relevant areas, and they will be reiterated to all forces in the sector following the incident.
The investigation results were presented to the Chief of the General Staff and the Northern Command commander, where the Chief of the General Staff condemned the incident, considering it unacceptable conduct and a moral failure that exceeds all measures of the Defense Forces' values and the standards expected of its soldiers.

๐ฒ - ๐ฑ๐ง๐ซ๐ท Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam thanked France for its efforts in promoting a ceasefire and disarmament, said that Lebanon is fighting a war imposed on it and did not choose it, and stressed that lasting stability cannot be achieved without the withdrawal of Israel, along with the return of prisoners and displaced people to their villages. He added that the current priority is preparing for an international conference on reconstruction and recovery, noting that Lebanon needs around 500 million euros to address the humanitarian crisis over the next six months. He also stated that diplomatic efforts will continue through direct talks with Israel, and that negotiations will be difficult and require strong support from international partners.
