If you look at the above image, you will see three sections of the bottom of the hull especially curved, and each of these curved sections because they are differently spaced from the wave generators have a different “focal length” and because at different focal lengths the wave’s shape will be different as it enters the dielectric waveguide lens then the resultant wave produced by that lens-waveguide when that wave passes through it will also be different.

Couple to this the fact that for every different angle that the waves pass through the dielectric hull a different effect of refraction will occur to the wave.

It can be controlled how the two waves are shaped then it will also be possible to control their constructive and destructive interference pattern - and hence the strength or weakness of the electric field at the area where the two beams approach each other.
And as you already know the stronger the electric field the stronger the repulsion - the stronger the acceleration.

As to how element 115 is formed, Lazar claimed it is formed in massive stars.

Recently, it has been discovered that for heavy metals with higher atomic numbers than iron (26) can and are found in stars in their normal cycle rather than just through supernova which was the 'old understanding'.
This shows that Lazar's idea that some massive stars in the normal stellar cycle may have element 115 developed in them is a very real possibility.

If element 115 is naturally formed in the core of some massive stars and element 115 is used in the propulsion system of extraterrestrial races, then it would be fair to assume that some extraterrestrials may have discovered how to mine stars of their heavy elements to use as a propulsion fuel.

We are now slowly moving to an understanding of how certain star systems might be highly prized by extraterrestrial races that seek to gain control and mine stars of heavy elements such as element 115.

FIRST A BRIEF HISTORY OF ETHER PHYSICS
Research in ether physics was seriously pursued from the early 17th century almost to the middle of this century, by the greatest minds in science and experimental philosophy. The following is a brief accounting of the main contributors and their theories:

- Rene Descarte (1596-1650) - a. A dynamic vortex ether; b. a theory of celestial vortices.

- Johann Bernoulle (1667-1748) - Deduced Kepler's laws from Descarte's vortex theories.

- Isaac Newton (1642-1727)
a. Mathematical theory of gravity;
b. corpuscular theory of light;
c. free space completely empty.

- Michael Faraday (1781-1867) - Electric, elastic solid ether (Tesla's later theory based on this).

- G. C. Maxwell (1831 -1897) - Ether vortex theory revived in electromagnetism field.

- George Stokes (1819-1903) - Dynamic ether (reconcilable with Descarte's ether vortices).

- HA. Lorentz (1853-1928) - Theory of a quiescent stationary ether (C.F. Krafft called it "stagnant" and a close forerunner to the Poincare-Einstein theory of relativity).

- Michelson-Morley Experiment (1881) - Proved already weak Lorentz theory wrong, and inconclusively forced a choice between:
a. a dynamic interstellar ether ala Descartes and Stokes; or,
b. empty space without ether ala Newton and Einstein (the prevailing theory).

- Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) - 1893-94 Dynamic Theory of Gravity, based on Faraday's "electric elastic solid ether", and J. J. Thomson's "Electromagnetic Momentum":
a. All bodies have electrical content, mass a product of ether swirls;
b. dynamic, elastic ether composed of independent carriers in an
insulative fluid, which permeates all space and all bodies;
c. movement of bodies generates microwaves (electrostatic forces) by inductance principles;
d. microwaves rigidify the ether within a body's electric field;
e. movement of bodies through rigidified ether, containing tubes of
electric and magnetic force, creates gravitational interactance.

20th Century Ether Vortex Theory -
a. Hydro mechanical ether without atomic oscillators (no ordinary frictional viscosity);
b. 'idealized' quasi frictional viscosity;
c. polarity controlled without energy dissipation.
