The optical radiation from the second shell is then absorbed by the third plasma layer, undergoing further scattering and re-radiation to even lower temperatures. Within this third shell, the dominant form of energy is radiofrequency (RF), alongside minor amounts of infrared (IR) and visible light. At this stage, standard electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding for electronic devices on the ground and beneath this third layer efficiently mitigates any resulting RF disruption.

WOODPECKER BEAMS INTERSECT OVER NORTH AMERICA.
In July 1976, the Soviet Union sent the U.S. unique Bicentennial greetings by causing widespread interference in the 3-30 MHz communications band worldwide with the sudden activation of extremely powerful, chirped transmitters.

Power estimates for these massive transmitters vary, reaching up to several hundred megawatts, though commonly cited at around 100 megawatts.

The distinct "pecking" sound of the chirped signals led to these transmitters being quickly dubbed "Woodpeckers," reminiscent of the sound produced by a woodpecker tapping on wood.

Photons can transmit patterns of death and disease among cells. Scalar electromagnetic technology enables the creation of specific potential patterns that dictate charge control and distribution within cells, thereby influencing cellular biochemistry. This method can synthesize the disease or death process of cells. The Kaznacheyev experiments successfully induced symptoms and cellular death typical of nuclear radiation, chemical poisoning, bacterial infections, and other harmful processes.

This grid can easily be used to influence and control the weather.

Inside various reference level zeros on the ordinary EM woodpecker carriers, scalar "channels" are established. WEATHER CONTROL:
Selecting specific grid cells and applying scalar interference in the exothermic continuous mode leads to local air heating, expansion, and high pressure area creation. Conversely, using scalar interference in the endothermic continuous mode in one or more grid cells causes local air cooling, contraction, and low pressure area formation.

By electromagnetically rotating the scalar beams, these hot and cold areas can be maneuvered along predetermined paths at chosen speeds.

The system operation shown uses the normal EM Woodpecker carrier frequencies, with scalar components to establish the interference grid, and scalar channels for the scanners and howitzers. The grid can be set up by this method anywhere in the world.
As can be seen, during their early launch phase, this mode will take care of the missiles launched from underwater U.S., British, and French nuclear submarines.
Remember, this is just one mode in which the system is operating. It can at the same time have other interference grids at other locations, and even in other modes, including underwater grids used against the submarines themselves. It can be engaging a multitude of targets of a wide variety of types, essentially all simultaneously.

Suppose we establish a very small interference grid in the earth at and around a distant fault zone. Then by steadily depositing energy in the zone in the continuous exothermic mode, the stress in the fault area is steadily and gradually increased. Expanding the grid across a larger section of the earth enables the induction of an unusual type of earthquake, regardless of the presence of fault zones. Scalar EM weapons are versatile, suitable for massive "continent-busting" strikes and various smaller defense operations. For instance, a zero reference can be created within an ordinary carrier wave, within which numerous independent "carriers" can be established and concealed from standard detection methods. SCALAR ANTI-PERSONNEL WEAPON
From a military viewpoint, these scalar EM weapons are really quite all-around weapons.
For example, they are very lethal against personnel.
Set in the "high intensity pulse mode," one blast and a person's nervous system is destroyed instantly. Total, instantaneous death results. One can blast away at entire groups of infantrymen, for example. It's the peak power that's important, not the average power. So the weapon doesn't require too much battery power.
Set on a lower intensity pulse mode, one zap can simply knock out a person, rendering him instantly unconscious. Quite useful if one needs prisoners to interrogate. Also very silent, which is useful in operations employing stealth and surprise
TACTICAL DEATH RAY
These choppers usually fire gas rockets to camouflage the testing of the tactical scalar death ray. For example, they may fire rockets filled with nerve gas, and some persons will die convulsively from the chemical.

Those hit by the scalar EM weapon, however, have a most peculiar death mode.

Death comes-instantly and totally. There is no convulsion, no response. The entire nervous system is destroyed instantly. Every living cell in the body is killed instantly, including all bacteria, germs, etc.

A body hit with this thing falls like a limp rag and lies where it falls. It doesn't decay in even 30-45 days. In a macabre fashion, it's been reduced to something like food irradiated with nuclear radiation; everything is killed, so the material is preserved for an extended period before any decay can set in.
SCALAR ANTI-TANK WEAPON
Such weapons are also effective against armored vehicles, for example.
They can be carried by personnel, mounted on vehicles, mounted in helicopters, etc.
They are truly all-purpose weapons.
An infantryman with a bazooka-sized scalar EM pulse weapon can easily knock out a tank with one shot. The armor has no effect; scalar EM goes right through conductive shielding and Faraday cages.
And with the same weapon he can knock out another tank, and another, and another...
SCALAR ANTI-AIRCRAFT WEAPON
And, if he's attacked by a helicopter or a fixed-wing aircraft, he can bring the same weapon to bear on it.
He can knock down a chopper or a jet. With one shot.
And another. And another.
Also, it's a line-of-sight weapon. He doesn't have to compute lead angle and all that jazz. Just aim, get the target in his sights, and pull the trigger.
RADAR INVISIBILITY
When a radar pulse or continuous wave from a ground-based system hits the "energy bottle" contained within the target's shell, it experiences interference, resulting in its diffraction, scattering, and partial absorption. Consequently, the radar fails to receive any coherent return pulse or signal from the target. Since radars function by tracking the reflections of their signals off objects, the absence of a reflected signal implies the absence of the object to the radar. To counter passive radar systems that track emissions from an aircraft, one can simply detect and adjust one's own emissions to create "near zeroes" within the relevant spectrum. Employing both methods offers protection against both tracking approaches.

CLOAKING
It's even possible to cool the exhaust and heated surfaces of the aircraft by a scalar EM adaptation of electrostatic cooling. Theoretically it's even possible to cause the aircraft to "disappear" optically. Takes a bit of doing, but it's possible. The basic scheme here is that, when a photon hits the target from a given direction, it's absorbed totally, and a corresponding or "matching" photon is emitted from the opposite side in the same direction the original photon was going. In that fashion, the light emitted from the target from one direction seems to have "passed through it" from the other direction.
Since that's what empty space does, then what a distant observer sees is "empty space," so far as he can tell.
