"The Effect is manifested as a departure from the Coulomb Law of electrostatic attraction, in that the opposite forces are not equal. The negative electrode appears to chase the positive electrode, so that there is a net force of the system in the negative-to-positive direction" (T. Townsend Brown, 1977).

Working in his home lab, Brown developed an electrical device he called a "gravitor" or "gravitator", consisting of a block of insulating or dielectric material with electrodes at either end. He received a British patent for it in November 1928. In demonstrations, Brown would mount the unit as a pendulum, apply electrical power, causing the unit to move in one direction. In 1929 Brown published "How I Control Gravity", in Science and Invention, where he claimed these devices were producing a mysterious force that interacted with the pull of gravity. He envisioned a future where, if his device could be scaled up, "Multi-impulse gravitators weighing hundreds of tons may propel the ocean liners of the future" or even "fantastic 'space cars'" to Mars.

"While they were there at Bahnsons Dad spoke alot about the " Adamski style" flying saucer and I understand that Adamski himself visited this lab after Dad left. Dad was only there for about a year and then in October he moved to the Washington DC area and everything that he was doing went exceptionally black. He even stopped writing in a set of lab notebooks that he had been using.... making note much later when he continued them that there had been a nine year gap..... from October 1958 to September of 1967. I also want all of you that this is not reverse engineering from alien technology. This is also not anti-gravity either! Thomas Townsend Brown disliked calling it that, instead he called it stress in dialects. This is because that the capacitor is what makes it work. In the early 1900's it was discovered that a force was per doused between the plates. Brown found that the posited charge caused a gravity well and the negative charge caused a gravity hill. Together it formed a gravity wave. So, there you have it, no not cancelling gravity instead using gravity. You really could call it warp drive!
