Tesseract vs Bunch of Elec Utility bill screenshots

Tesseract an open source OCR engine ( optical character recognition ), extracts 2d image of a text, thats printed by a machine or handwritten to a machine-readable text representation. The project I used it for saw a family member copying customer data from a bunch of screenshots so I thought i would try to automate it for fun.

Feed the screenshots then the screenshots get processed and the contents gets extracted then stored am guessing ill get to do something else to it i dont know yet tho
