Meaning:
Give up; quit; surrender
💥تسلیم شدن، ول کردن،
🎯Explanation:
When a boxer was getting beaten so badly, the coach or manager would throw a towel in to stop the fight.  This phrase can be used outside of boxing to simply express quitting.
