در ارتباطات به زبان انگلیسی کلمه ی very بسیار پرکاربرد است
🔺 He is a very good cook.
🔻 He is a very good athlete.

همان‌طور که میبینید جای very بعد از آرتیکل a میباشد

🍃 too 👇👇
عموما برای بیان منفی بودن چیزی به کار میرود ... (منظور نتیجه منفی است و نه عبارت منفی )
🔺 It's too cold out to play
هوا خیلی سرده بیرون برا بازی کردن...

✅ البته که گاهی معنای منفی نداره و مثلا ما میتونیم بگیم 👇👇

🔍 Here 👆 we should see, due to the context - that 'too' is being used in a positive manner.

کلمه so معانی متفاوتی داره اما یکی از آنها شبیه too و very هست که به معنای to this extent یا as much as it is.

به طور مثال اگر ما بخواهیم به کسی بگیم یواشتر حرف بزن اینو میگیم 👇

اینجا so loudly به معنای
as loudly as you are speaking right now
هست ....
ما نمیتونیم از too و very در اینجا استفاده کنیم

اما در موقعیت های دیگه میتونیم که در پایین با مثال گفته میشود 👇

🔺 Don't hold it so high. I can see it. Bring it down a bit ( so high = as high as you are holding it. )
🔻 How could I have been so stupid! (So stupid = as stupid as I was at the time in the past.)

To agree after the other person demands it
💥موافقت پس از درخواست مصرانه طرف مقابل

💢Explanation💢
"Insist" means to demand something and that they will not accept refusal.  It became common to say this phrase by itself when the other person insisted on something.

Ⓜ️eaning:
This is used when you already told someone something and it came true.

💢Explanation💢
This is commonly used when you give someone advice and they don't listen to you.  Afterwards, the person you gave advice to, did not get what they wanted, and if they had listened to you, they would have succeeded.  In this case, you can use this expression.
این اصطلاح زمانی بکار میره که شما نصیحت یا توصیه ای به کسی کرده باشی، وقتی طرف حرفتون رو گوش نکرد و به نتیجه نرسید، اونوقت شما این اصطلاح رو بکار می برین:

To agree to participate in the plan

"Down" comes from "down to earth."  When you are down to earth, you are realistic and not imagining things.  
Therefore, when you are "down," you are basically legitimate .
This is an informal way of saying you are in for the plan.
