*Fee Refund Policy of IGNOU*

● The *Registration Fee is non-refundable.*

● Fee paid shall be *refunded prior to confirmation of admission.*

● An amount equivalent to *15% of the programme fee, subject to a ceiling of Rs. 2000/-, will be deducted* from the fee paid in case the request for cancellation is received after the confirmation of admission.

● In case a student has opted for soft copy of the SLM, the fee paid will be *refunded after deducting the Registration fee only.*

● If a request for cancellation is received from a student who has availed fee exemption and has *paid only the Registration fee and Development fee, only the Development fee will be refunded uptodate with update.*

● *No. Refund* of fee will be admissible *after 60 days of the closing date of the admission.*

This notification supersedes all the earlier Notifications in this regard. *This will come into effect from the July 2024 admission cycle.*

                           I am a Student of IGNOU having my Enrolment Number is ................. & Programme Code is ............. I have submitted my Assignment by Mail/Google form/by Courier/at Study Centre on this (Mention the Date) but Still, my Marks is Not Updated & the Status is Showing Not Found. Uptodate with updates For Your Reference, I am attaching the Screenshot of my Sent Mail/Google Form Acknowledgement receipt/Courier Receipt/Assignment Submission Receipt. Kindly Check From Your End and Update my Marks as soon as possible.

Dear learners Re-registration (next year /semester admission) karne ke liye onlinerr.ignou.ac.in mein login kar re-registration menu mein jaaye, yadi aap ko niche diye messages mein se koi message dikhta hain toh aap ko re-registration is session mein nahi karwana hain, anyatha aap 30th june tak registration kar sakte hain.

मतलब आपने इस सत्र के लिए पुन: पंजीकरण करवा लिया है।

2. (Re-registration is not applicable in this programme.)
मतलब आपके कार्यक्रम मे पुन: पंजीकरण नही होता है।

3. (Minimum term duration for the next term selection is not completed. Minimum one year duration is required for next terms selection uptodate with dpdates.)
मतलब आपको इस सत्र मे पुन: पंजीकरण नही करवाना है अगले सत्र मे पुन: पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन करना है।

4. (You have already registered for maximum YEAR.)
मतलब आपने अपने सभी सत्रों के लिए पुन पंजीकरण करवा लिया है।

Exam Centre Change Request

(i) Request for Change of Examination Centre within the same city is NOT allowed.

(ii) Change of Examination Centre within IGNOU Regional Centre Jammu is not allowed.

(iii) Change of Examination Centre within IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar is not allowed.

(iv) You will be allowed to change examination centre only ONCE. Request once submitted will *NOT be changed further.*

(v) For Change of Examination Centre You need to send a mail to your Regional Centre OR Online Submission of Examination Centre Change request Link *(Not Active Yet)* -:
