As per the information given by IGNOU, A Late Fine of 500 will be Charge For Exam Exam Form filled after 23rd Oct but Now it shows No Late Fine till 10th Nov but i already Filled my Exam Form with 500 of Late Fine, i there fore request you to kindly Refund my Money as soon as Possible...

• Entry to the Examination Hall is strictly on the basis of the valid Hall Ticket and Identity Card.

• Hall Ticket/Admit Card and IGNOU ID Card (Printed Hardcopy) Digital Softcopy is NOT allowed.

• Any Govt. ID Card such as Aadhar or PAN Card, etc is allowed, If you are Not Able to Access your ID Card, then

• If a student Does Not Have a Hall Ticket then he/she can appear for the exam even Without a Hall Ticket. their names exist in the list of examinees/attendance sheets for these centres.

Ans-Yes you can write exam in any language in which qsn paper is given except regional languages.

Qsn. I don't have IGNOU i card can i write my exam only with hall ticket
If you don't have IGNOU I'd card then take your aadhar card or pan card any one with your Hall ticket.
