Subject :- Re-Registration fees deducted from my account but status not updated.

Respected Sir / Ma'am

                                        I am a Student of IGNOU having my Enrollment Number is ............... & Program Code is .......... I have submitted 2nd / 3rd year/semester Re-Registration Fees on (Mention the Date) and Money has been deducted from my account and whose transaction id is ................. But it is being shown on the website that I have not deposited any fee and showing status is "Fees Not Paid". For your reference, I have also attached a transition screenshot. Kindly check from your side and solve my problem as soon as possible.
