REALISING THE BLESSINGS

I recently had an injury and am not able to make Sujood in Salah (have to use a chair temporarily), you pray but it's like a huge blessing has been taken away. Cannot make enough Shukr of the blessings that we have been blessed with. Making Shukr when we have the blessing protects it and also InShaAllah makes it better.

But when we look around...
- We complain about parents misunderstanding us, others don't have any or worst yet some have them but are not Muslim.

- We complain about misbehaving, weak, under-performing children, others don't have any.

- We complain about not getting tasty food, many of our brothers and sisters around the world don't get any. They have been starving, may Allah make it easy for them and may Allah forgive us all.

- We complain about not having fancy furniture at home, there are people whose homes are being bombed their whole family becoming homeless.

The list can go on and on...

Allah says, "And if you were to count the blessings of Allah you could not enumerate them, for Allah is forgiving and merciful."
