If you want to add new host simply type these commands :

touch /sdcard/hosts.txt && cat /dev/null > /sdcard/hosts.txt

COPY THE TEXT AND USE ECHO OUT :
echo "hosts here" >> sdcard/hosts.txt

There is a command in linux named iptables it can be used to prevent ban as it blocks the target address(host) and u can add incoming and outgoing rules for that address !
Root users can use it to prevent ban 😉

iptables -I INPUT -s (host name here) -j DROP &>/dev/null

Here dev/null just means a imaginary directory which doesn't exist anyway

Use netguard to search for the matching packets and add one by one

To remove the rule/netfilter use
su -c iptables --flush or
sudo -c iptables --flush
