O'Connell Street today.

It really is remarkable that there's a World Cup going on and nobody cares in the slightest. It isn't just the woke mumbo-jumbo either, it's what happens when the heart and soul of your nation is ripped out and your country becomes nothing but a zone of economic activity with the same banal values as everywhere else.

Authentic difference was replaced with sameness and they called it diversity.

Our national team doesn't represent us in the same way Rishi Sunak doesn't represent us. It's all just a boring PR exercise, you may as well just watch ads on YouTube. Bobby Charlton came from Ashington, from the pits, and he ended his days drinking in Ashington social club, where he began.
I couldn't name a single player in the England squad today, it just doesn't matter.
Another FF TD coming out against the mass immigration of Ukrainian refugees into Ireland.

This is starting to spread very very quickly now. East Wall was the match. This is becoming the main electoral issue for people right now.

How this develops is another thing altogether, but if you don't get there in time, someone else will.

EastWall-Gate is a huge opportunity for the IFP and National party, and Ireland first.

In the run up to Dec 3rd the entire area should be canvassed to death. Traditionally a working class area with one of those default leaning towards Sinn Fein, this is a chance to capture a few thousand votes by showing the people what sell outs Sinn Fein are, and how they're being buggered in general by the wider Irish uniparty.

Sinn Fein can't make any political capital from this issue because they're globalist traitors on the record as wanting situations like this in East Wall. It would be a pity if an opportunity like this went to waste.

Bit of perspective on choosing a hill to die on. Old ghosts inhabit every hill and old farmyard in this country, when my time comes, i can think of no better company to be in.
There's a bit one minute through this where someone has a Mary Lou McDonald banner and the crowd breaks out in boos yelling at Sinn Fein.

Very interesting. East Wall is part of McDonald's constituency, one she won convincingly in during the February 2020 election.

In light of that Mary Lou McDonald clip, its worth talking about some of the polling data.

For the past 18 months, the polling for the major parties has remained fairly stagnant.

FFG around 17%-20%.
SF around 32%-35%.
GP have collapsed however.

Recently, there are even signs that SF are beginning to decline in popularity.

I thought that was because of the mainstream media/civil servants coming down on them over the previous few weeks, but that clip makes me think are people becoming aware of SF are and what they stand for?

I suppose we'll see in the coming weeks and months.
This video is a good summary/explanation of the East Wall situation.

Varadkar saying that communities are not allowed have a say about housing refugees during a conference today.

O Gorman saying that he won't talk to "far right" representatives or groups in relation to East Wall. Which of course means anyone who disagrees with government policy on a given topic.

Since FG came into power in 2011, there has been a major push towards consolidating power and trying to push everyone else out.

They're closing the gates. They're literally telling you they don't care what you think as they move forward with their various policies.

Your communities are being changed and according to them, you are not allowed to disagree with them on this.

Carlingford is well known as the hen party capital of Ireland. This is like pouring petrol on a bonfire. Let’s dump hundreds of young unvetted foreign men with nothing to do all day into a picturesque village full of drunken Irish women. What could possibly go wrong?

This is the definition of proper gumshoe journalism, otherwise practically non-existent in Ireland. Support Phil in his donation links. He could have spent the evening relaxing but instead made this video to expose injustice on your behalf.

If you were wondering about why there is no planning permission for refugees (if you've watched Philip Dwyer's recent video) then here's your answer.

This is the loophole they are using to get around regulations & to *NOT put homeless Irish people first.
This government has lost all control & vision.

"Planning permission will not be required to convert buildings to house refugees for the next two years due to “unprecedented numbers” seeking protection in Ireland, Minister of State for Housing Malcolm Noonan has told an Oireachtas housing committee.
Mr Noonan was briefing the committee on the proposed amendments to the planning and development regulations which would mean the conversion of a non-residential building by the State to house people seeking international protection, would be exempt from the requirement to obtain planning permission.
If approved by the Oireachtas next week, it was the intention the amendments would be signed into law “at the earliest possible date” Mr Noonan said.
The changes were needed to cope with the huge demand for accommodation faced since the outbreak of war in Ukraine, he said."
