Hintergrund: @larsklingbeil will nicht nur jene Mehrsteuern behalten, die ihm wegen hoher Benzinpreise ohnehin zufließen, sondern die Unternehmen außerdem durch eine neuartige „Übergewinnsteuer” belasten.
Übergewinne entstehen aber nur kurzfristig, solange noch billig eingekauftes Öl im Lager ist. Sie sind auch kaum zu definieren. Unternehmen anderer Branchen, die höhere Gewinne machen, werden verschont, was willkürlich und ungerecht ist.
Und das Grundgesetz kennt eine solche Steuer nicht. Somit ist die Übergewinnsteuer handwerklicher Murks, und irgend jemand muss das auch aussprechen.
