Let's review ordinal numbers using logic and deduction.
Ask the students to imagine that they will have to buy an apartment in this building. But before making a deal, they should study all the details: neighbours (if suddenly they arrange noisy parties), the presence of a balcony and windows so that a flat is light, the floor number (in case the elevator breaks down) and other things.
After the students complete the task, ask them to discuss in pairs the apartment on which floor they would choose and why, using ordinal numbers.

📝 Me in 2024 Flip Book is a great way to remember what the past year was like, what makes it different from the previous ones and how it influenced personal views and preferences of your students.
🗣 After the children fill in their blanks, divide them into pairs or mini groups so that they can exchange their impressions about 2021, find common interests and discuss where their opinions do not coincide.
📸 P.S. if you have the opportunity to print out photos, then the first page can be decorated with them or children can just draw themselves.

Juicy slices of watermelon for teaching CVC words. How to play:
Option 1. Bingo.
Give the children slices with words. A more difficult option would be a game where the letters on cards are mixed up. It is suitable for strong students or for all group, but when the children have already learnt the words and can read them confidently.
Shuffle the seeds on the table face down.
The leader (or players in turn) takes one seed and reads the word aloud. The players listen carefully and look at their slices. The player who has this word on the card, crosses it out or covers it with a coin / button or just takes the seed. The winner is the one who is the first to cover all 5 seeds on the card.

🎁 Surely, those teachers who work with little kids know this song "What do you want for Christmas?", which our kiddoes like so much.
🎨 We've created a colourful template based on it, that can be used during Christmas lessons and will help young learners learn a song or tell it as a rhyme, connecting movements with the lyrics and simulating a train, a rocket, a robot, a teddy bear, etc.
🖍 The set has options (colour and b&w) for both boys and girls, as well as an empty blank for their own pictures. Kids can try on the roles of authors of a popular single and create their own hits by drawing what they would like to receive as gifts, and then perform it.
