🌲 December, gloves, mistletoe, penguins, sleigh, vacations - these are the distinctive features of the most active and sporty, cold and windy, and at the same time cozy time of the year. It's when you want to slide down a hill with the wind in your face or snuggle under the blanket with a good book and hot aromatic tea. What associations do your students have when they hear the word "winter"?
🗣 Give them 3-5 minutes to fill in their hearts, the divide them into pairs or mini groups and encourage them to share why they associate these particular words with winter.
E.g., Winter is outdoor activities because I go skiing and skating everyday with my friends.
❗️ P.S. It's not necessary to come up with associations for every letter, but the more, the better.

Revise Opposites in a fascinating format.
Children need to help the heroes find the right way home by going through the maze of antonyms. The students read the sentences, correct the mistakes, and step by step get closer to the goal!
To keep the words in their memory for a long time, ask the students to come up with their own sentences, have them create their own ways out of the maze, and then exchange the tasks with each other to try and find the way out again.
