🦝 Animal Action Roulette will diversify both your online and offline classes, making it a great workout or warming-up activity and brightening up the remaining 5 minutes until the end of the lesson. It can be used with toddlers and primary students.
📜 How to use:
- Have the kids been sitting in front of the screen for a long time? It's time to stretch their legs! Someone spins the roulette, and then they all try to perform the action that has been chosen.
- Recall animals/actions. Children take turns spinning the roulette and name the animals or read out the actions. For more advanced students, you can have them combine pictures with actions into silly sentences using the Present Continuous tense, e.g., "The crocodile is hopping," or make true sentences in the Present Simple tense, e.g., "The lion doesn't fly.
- Practice "can" and "can't" and develop logical thinking. Let the children decide what certain animals can or can't do.
