Teach farm and wild animals to curious kids using shadows.

Read all the words in the word box all together. Then, in pairs, the kids write numbers next to the words, help each other, and check. Next, each student works independently and writes short sentences with the grammar structure which you practice.

This could be: It is/ There is/ Billy has got/ A rooster lives on the farm/ A pig is the second, etc.

Return to the same task for the next lesson. The children are now practicing speaking in pairs or mini groups. One person sees the entire worksheet, and the others bend their sheets so that only the picture remains.

The leader asks: What is number 3? The rest must find the animal in the picture and name it. Whoever named it correctly first gets a point. Then they swap roles.

You can work with wild animals in the same way.

Checkers 5in1 PowerPoint Presentation includes 5 boards with which your students can work out various vocabulary (animals, appearance, professions, food and action verbs), as well as revise and consolidate a huge number of grammar constructions.

The game can be both used online and offline.

The rules are easy! To make a move, the player must name what is in the square, or make up a sentence with this word/picture. If the answer is correct, the player moves to the checker, if incorrect, it remains on the spot and the opponent moves.

The detailed rules you will find in the help section (?).

How to make spelling more fun and learning the key vocabulary more effective? The solution is simple - to involve students in the process of creating the tasks.

Children concentrate on spelling and remember the words better. They adore creating complicated tasks for their partners. The more difficult, the better! In addition, this is a great homework if you need your kids to prepare for the dictation or just repeat the words.

A small life hack: first have the students place the key words in the grid, and only then all the empty squares are filled with any other letters.

Practice reported speech using comics, making all the necessary changes to the sentences.

After the students have completed this task, give them small pieces of paper with clouds on them (they can easily and quickly draw their own clouds). Ask them to come up with and write down the phrases they use most often during their lessons or the most common thoughts that come to mind in different school subjects.

Then they can exchange these phrases and practice using reported speech again.

If you still haven't come up with crafting for Valentine's Day, then watch the video (https://bit.ly/3ZjFPBr) and photos!

Kids can write I on one palm, U on the other, learn the phrase I love you mum/dad, colour a postcard or draw something on it, in elementary school they can already practice writing (and then speaking) compliments and just pleasant words for each other from phrases they know, eg. You look pretty/Your dress is nice/ You are a good friend/Your smile is beautiful etc.

Practice different types of questions and answers with our new presentation.

Select the appropriate category: general, special, alternative, or tag questions, then the section: ask or answer.

Start the slideshow. By clicking on the number, students answer the questions based on the picture or come up with their own questions looking at the answers. The questions can be any, if the answer is appropriate.

Some answers are obvious, others are not and the students can use their imagination to answer the way they like.

A fun and easy task to practice various tenses.

All you need is this editable template (which you can complete yourself, typing the necessary verbs, coming up with famous characters, places and time) and 2 dice.

Divide the students into pairs or mini groups of 3-4 people. Each pair/group will need 2 dice and a table filled with the information (see the photo).

Children take turns rolling both dice at the same time, choose the appropriate parts of the sentence and make up funny sentences orally or in written form. For example, they have: 7,3,9,12 – The Queen cooks on the beach every Thursday.

A simple and functional template for teaching β€œPlaces”, revising prepositions of place and, if necessary, drilling giving directions, so that your students can easily talk about their hometown (where the sightseeings/places are located) and even give excursions to tourists.

The file includes several towns (they are all different) or students can create their own projects - "My dream town" in class or at home by cutting and pasting the buildings they like into an empty template and coming up with the names of their towns.

The students work in pairs or mini groups. They take turns presenting their projects, and then introduce themselves as lost tourists and ask how to get from point A to point B. The rest try to help, giving directions.
