To make contact, it is important that students learn something interesting about each other or about the teacher.
Bright dice will create a friendly atmosphere, make a good impression the first time. And it will become a great tool to get ADULT students to talk.

Good for groups and individual lessons as well as for speaking clubs. Perfect for the first acquaintance and for heated discussions, because any topic can be supplemented and developed with the help of further questions. Students take turns to roll the dice and answer the questions or ask them to each other in a circle.
If students are shy, you can invite them to answer the questions on behalf of fictional characters.

Who can guess what that means - Ihavegotablackcat?

We are sure that everyone who works with little kids has faced this problem, and not only in English lessons. Children often write without leaving spaces between words, and the text becomes illegible.

Colourful spacemen and spacewomen will help to avoid such difficulties by simply applying these sticks between words or letters when writing. Children's squiggles will take shape, your young learners will have fun, and as for you, it will be much easier to check what is written.

Print out the spacemen (women) of the appropriate size, stick them on cardboard or laminate to last longer and let your little students write with pleasure!

P.S. give the children such a tool as a present and maybe soon other teachers will notice the changes too.

The file includes the sticks of 14/10/8 mm wide. If you need a different size, just change the settings.

Itโ€™s summer time! Time to play outside, time to hunt!
Thatโ€™s a great activity for summer camps but you may also use it in the classroom!

Divide children into small groups or pairs, hand out alphabet cards one for each pair. While walking, children have to find things starting with every letter of the alphabet and write them in a particular square. Those who find more words are considered to be the best hunters! The medals are attached.

Even teenagers will play this game with great pleasure!

Variation: You can hunt special topics (clothes, food, animals etc.), and you may limit the time by 7-10 min.

When working with kids changing activities is quite important. I am fond of songs with different movements for these purposes. But some wonderful cards can make the task and the process even easier, more engaging and productive.

My young learners like these three songs very much:
- Wag Your Tail (YouTube or VK)
- Let's Go To The Zoo (YouTube or VK)
- Yes, I Can! (YouTube or VK)

A useful decoration for the classroom in the form of an interesting calendar, which can be used to start a lesson in a non-standard way and engage students, for example: ask them a provocative question, read a quote from a celebrity and ask them to express their opinion, explain the meaning of a funny joke, or provide an interesting fact.

Additionally, it can be used to create a month of pleasant little things and good deeds, try your hand at poetry by writing a short quatrain, think about your goals for the new year in advance, or google and learn a bit about the biography of a famous person.
