I keep getting asked the same question:
When is the premier of our film about the Holiguards - The Portal Of Force?
The delay may be small, but the reaction has been big.
And honestly, that level of interest and anticipation is both surprising and deeply appreciated.
The pause is tied to a story of its own โ one that could easily turn into a film by itself.
The premiere isnโt far away. I canโt share the details just yet, but a surprise is coming very soon.
This year, many long-awaited projects are finally coming to life.
Weโre moving away from constant rushing and endless waiting toward a more balanced, effective way of working.
Experience has taught me one thing: rushing never speeds things up when quality matters. More often, it slows everything down โ because you end up redoing what was done in haste.
Delays happen even in large, experienced companies. Timing follows the Pareto principle too: 20% of the work takes 80% of the time. The key is learning to focus on the actions that truly move things forward.
Thereโs a lot behind this film โ and itโs a story worth telling.
Maybe as a book. Maybe as a documentary. Or maybe as another film.

There has been a recent shift that gives me real optimism about the future โ one that will impact generations to come.
In the United States, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA) released the new Dietary Guidelines for Americans. These guidelines quite literally overturn the traditional approach to healthy eating. We are entering a new era, one defined by a more balanced and deep understanding of health.
However, changing eating habits is not simple. Even for someone who has consciously decided to move toward healthier nutrition, resistance often arises almost immediately. The body, sensory perception, and even the digestive system are already calibrated to old patterns โ they expect familiar signals and respond accordingly. Even at the level of perception, transitioning to a new way of eating can be extremely challenging. For example, we all know the widespread belief that healthy food cannot be enjoyable. This is a profound misconception. Truly healthy food is far more satisfying than junk food โ but to experience this, internal patterns must be reset.
And this is one of the core missions of Holivita.
P.S. This photo caught me in the middle of my daily ritual โ enjoying a wonderful yerba mate.

Recently, I watched the third part of Avatar. As a director myself, I try to keep up with all major movie releases and am deeply interested in the work of filmmakers like James Cameron.
I truly enjoyed the film, and it pulled me back into the Avatar universe once again.
I found myself thinking about the central conflict of the trilogy: the contrast between the world of the Omaticaya and the world of humans who lost themselves. To me, this opposition powerfully reflects who we once were โ and what we have become.
Unfortunately, we are losing our natural instincts โ our intuition and our ability to perceive connections between things, to be grounded, to trust ourselves and our bodies, to observe rather than interpret, and to connect with nature โ all the qualities that define the Omaticaya and form the core of their true strength.
Thatโs exactly what we, as humans, need, as this is the true foundation of health. When we lose it, itโs no surprise that anxiety grows, stress becomes constant, illnesses appear earlier, and life slowly loses its joy.
I want EVERY person to begin their journey toward true health and harmony. That is why I created my company, Holivita.
For now, I would like to share a few of the simplest โ yet highly effective โ practices you can begin integrating into your daily life. These are not mechanical exercises to โperform,โ but ways of being โ ways of living and experiencing life more fully. MY ways.
1. Conscious breathing
Breathing is the foundation of awareness and true self-connection. Shift your attention into the body, into the rhythm and depth of your breath. Feel how oxygen gently washes through every cell of your body.
Immersion in the breathing process helps stop the endless stream of thoughts, bringing relaxation, concentration, and mental clarity.
2. Not-doing
Interrupt automatic patterns of perception. Observe without labeling or reacting. This practice resets awareness and brings mental clarity.
3. Less self-importance
Release rigid self-definitions (โI am anxious. I am lazy.โ), as these are often projections of how others see us. When we stop constantly explaining and defending ourselves, we regain energy and presence.
4. Observing the self
Notice your reactions and emotions without judgment or correction. Simply acknowledge: I am tense. I am angry. I feel joy. Stop constantly evaluating yourself.
Regular practice will improve your sleep, reduce anxiety, enhance your overall well-being, and help you experience the full depth and joy of life.

Weโre introducing a series of videos created for HOLIGUARD FIRE by Lado Film and produced by Lado Okhotnikov.
Each video feels like a mini-movie while preserving the core choreographic vision of the dance.
This video features fragments from โMother Earth,โ which tells the story of highlanders whose connection to the Earth gives them strength, and whose life in the mountains brings them closer to heaven.

Raising a Truly Alive Human Being
โPlease donโt play this song around my child,โ I say to a guest, referring to a very popular childrenโs song from my childhood: โTwo times two is four.โ
The lyrics go: Two times two is fourโeveryone in the world knows that.
So what could possibly be wrong with such a harmless song?
Or how could a book harm a child if it offers ready-made, seemingly โcorrectโ solutionsโdo this, donโt do that; this is good, this is bad?
The issue is that it reinforces a principle which teaches children, from an early age, to accept everything they are told as an unquestionable axiom. First, by parents and teachers at school (and we all know they are human too, and can be wrong). Later, by people with greater power and influenceโwhose motives, frankly, hardly need explaining.
Children are taught not to think, not to ask themselves why things are the way they are, not to look for their own answers. In this way, people grow up unable to truly feel, to think independently, to live through their own decisions, or to take responsibility for their actionsโbecause โit wasnโt my idea anyway, everyone says so, everyone does it.โ
And that is frightening.
Today, everyone is afraid of artificial intelligence. People fear that โrobotsโ will take the place of real human beings. But where are these real humans? How, really, do most modern people differ from robots? From people who merely repeat truths memorized in childhood, without having their own desires or aspirations, without thoughts that were not shaped by others?
So what should we do? How should we raise our kids? Should we now tell them that two times two doesnโt necessarily equal four?
Letโs not take this to an absurd extreme. This is not about denying facts for the sake of denial. It is about the principle by which a child learns new things. Instead of saying, โJust remember that two times two is four,โ I would give my daughter four blocksโtwo and twoโso that she can see for herself that when they are put together, they really do make four.
And thatโs the main principle: do guide your children, but do it through conversations, discussions, and encouragement to think, analyze, and draw their own conclusions.
I support songs and books that invite a child to reflectโto understand that life does not consist of ready-made axioms like โtwo times two is four.โ
Life is multifaceted and complex. And for each person to become fully human, they must walk their own path: a path of searching for themselves, for principles worth standing up for, for a world worth protecting.
Only then can we raise real people: living, feeling, thinking, loving human beings.

Meeting with company leads and heads
My team is not just a group of people working on my projects. These are people who share my values, who are driven by the same fire, who love life as deeply as I do, and who are ready to do whatever it takes to move the world forward and make it a better place.

I truly appreciate the attention and engagement of everyone who follows me here. It means a lot to me and shows that what Iโm doing really matters.
I run my social media myself. I know this might sound unusual, but itโs true. I donโt just write my own posts โ I post them myself as well to create a real, authentic bond with my audience.
As you know, Iโm developing several large-scale projects at the same time. These projects inspire me and give my life direction. They carry meaning for me and reflect my personal journey.
Naturally, they take up most of my time. Thatโs why Iโm simply not able to respond to thousands of direct messages โ my priority is not just communication, but delivering real results and real value to people.
At the same time, each of my projects has its own dedicated social media.
If you have specific questions, please reach out to my team through those channels.
And please feel free to share this information with other members of the community, so our communication can be more effective.

Iโm living through a very exciting chapter of my life. Many projects that had been in the making for a long time have finally come to life, with several launches unfolding one after another. And today marked another milestone.
Our film The Portal of Force, from the saga Statiguards vs. Holiguards, part of the larger multiverse, was screened at the 76th Berlinale โ the Berlin International Film Festival โ in the out-of-competition section.
We had already appeared twice in out-of-competition sections at major film festivals โ first in Cannes, then in Venice โ but those were trailer presentations. This time, however, the audience watched the full film for the very first time, and Iโm truly happy to be receiving such positive feedback. It feels like a powerful beginning to the journey ahead.
The film will be released on our new streaming platform in about three months. And yes, the platform itself is launching very soon โ and Iโm truly excited to share more about it in the near future. Iโm ready to bet it will be a very pleasant surprise.

Following its premiere at the Berlin Film Festival, we presented The Portal of Force, part of the Statiguards vs Holiguards saga, to audiences in Dubai.
A tremendous amount of effort, soul, and fire has gone into this project. For us, this is the beginning of a great journey.
Wish us luck!

Lately, Iโve seen a noticeable shift in how our teams collaborate across my projects.
This followed a meeting with the heads and leads of our teams โ a meeting that inspired all of us. In that conversation, we saw in one another true partners.
Yes, we are building something financially successful. But above all, we are creating something meaningful โ something you truly believe in.
A team like this cannot be built overnight. It takes time. I had to go through certain stages to demonstrate that the projects I create are truly distinctive โ something capable of attracting and inspiring people like those who are now part of my team.
People who are deeply committed to what they do. Passionate individuals for whom work is not just hours spent completing tasks, but inspiration, momentum, and life itself.
Because only a team with this mindset can turn dreams into reality.
