In the case of Lolcow LLC v. Liz Fong-Jones, the Judge delivered her decision on a Motion to Quash the 10 DMCA 512(h) subpoenas attempting to dox our users. She has granted it, the subpoenas are quashed, no one is getting doxed, and the Judge warned that similar abuses of the DMCA in disregard of Fair Use would be grounds for sanctions and monetary awards to us.
