There's a huge myth in Indian households that eating ghee will help you gain muscle. Ghee = fat. Pure milk fat. It's healthy and helps you get more calories in. But it has 0 protein and doesn't help with muscle gain (outside of the extra calories).

Observation: Hardcore environment and animal activists do not care much about humans or the human situation. If absolute power was handed to them, they'd take us back to living in jungles. Idiots.
