To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the franchise, the staff decided to digitally distribute most of the franchise's Lives, from μ's to Hasu no Sora, including some of the crossovers, totaling 72 hours of audiovisual material.
You'll be able to rent or buy them to watch on certain platforms like Amazon or YouTube, among others, starting from March 6 (March 20 for some platforms). I don't know if it will also work outside of Japan, but I sincerely hope so
