🔔 Reminder for all VPS owners!

Your snapshot = a backup of your server. It protects you from unexpected issues.

✔️ All new VPS orders include 1 free snapshot by default.
You can create snapshots manually or enable automatic daily creation.

👉 How to create a snapshot manually or enable auto-creation:
https://my.llhost.eu/knowledgebase/article/3/how-to-create-a-snapshot/

If your server was ordered before free snapshots were introduced, you can add 1 free snapshot by upgrading your VPS:
https://my.llhost.eu/knowledgebase/article/4/how-to-upgrade-vps-snapshots-ip-addresses-/

We highly recommend enabling automatic snapshot creation so you always have an up-to-date backup ready.

💡 Remember: a snapshot allows you to restore your server quickly in case of failures, mistakes, or other issues.

⚠️ Starting July 1, 2025, Estonia’s VAT rate increases to 24%.

💼 If your profile lists an EU country, but no VAT ID is provided, your invoice will include VAT at your profile country’s rate (e.g. 24% for Estonia), as required by EU tax rules.
✅ Add your valid VAT number to receive invoices without VAT.

🌍 If you’re outside the EU (e.g. 🇬🇪 Georgia, 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan, 🇺🇦 Ukraine) but your profile shows an EU country — VAT will still apply.
✅ Update your profile country to your actual location to avoid VAT.

🚧 Scheduled Maintenance Notice 🚧

Dear customers,

On Wednesday, 11 June 2025 we’ll be migrating our billing system to a new, more powerful server. During this time the billing portal will be placed in maintenance mode and will be temporarily unavailable.

Hosting services and all existing workloads will keep running normally.
Only actions that require access to the billing portal—such as paying invoices, adding balance, or ordering new services—will be paused.
We expect the maintenance window to last no longer than a few hours. The moment everything is back online we’ll post an update here.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
