Guys small fix. Whoever use my latest kernel please set gpu initial freq to 6 or either 380mhz

I accidentally set it to 7 which is 327mhz is consider nap gpu but is good for battery and bad for ui rendering and overall thing.

Quick fix changelog

Revert small cluster to 1900mhz

Gpu initial freq set back to 6

Readd in simple gpu algo tweak for performance and enable it

Tweak ksm

Gpu lower mhz to 820 since no game need 1020mhz.

haumea_I_1.14.2 has more under-the-hood changes, slab/slub/slob changes, fixed and separation, randomization which should increase security and also stability to prevent corruption if e.g. one driver causes memory corruption or instability - the rest of slab and other drivers remain unaffected; tickrate is increased to 500 Hz (like marduk), wireguard bumped to 20191212, it also has an unwanted app blocker (l speed, FDE.AI, nfs injector - those seem to cause trouble for some - thus let's block it by default)

page sanitization & verification, slab sanitization & verification is also on board but that seems to slow it down and cause issues with chrome, thus I'm gonna revert it
