Dear GWallet Users,

We are writing to notify you of two changes will take place to the GWallet Cryptocurrency Service:

1. Ethereum is anticipated to move from a Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus to a Proof-of-Stake (Pos) model on or around 15 September, 2022. Known as The Merge, it is the biggest upgrade in the history of ETH.

As a result of this launch, we may need to temporarily pause withdrawals to ETH/ERC20 addresses and/or buying and selling ERC-20 tokens.

2. The way in which we charge fees for using the ETH/ERC20 services will change. Fees will be calculated based solely on a percentage of the transaction value, as opposed to the previous fees which were flat.

We will announce further updates.
