The i-Capital Africa Institute, in collaboration with Addis Ababa University, has successfully launched the LEAD Life Design Lab, an initiative equipping students with essential competencies for today’s workforce.

The event brought together key leaders, including H.E Dr. Samuel Kifle, Interim President, AAU, H.E Mr. Kora Tushune, State Minister, MoE, and Dr. Gemechu Waktola ,CEO, i-Capital Africa Institute, emphasizing the urgent need for practical skills and stronger industry-academia collaboration.
Top executives and education leaders from various sectors shared insights on work readiness and the role of such programs in closing the workforce gap.
