添加了一个设置来阻止某些chat id使用，这意味着您可以禁止某些人去使用机器人。

The bot has some commands that consider different scenes for chatting.
This project is an open-source project that you can trust. Once deployed, the bot's version is easy with a single command to upgrade.

Added a feature to the bot's configuration that allows the bot's status to be set to 'open', which means anyone can use the bot without limitation.
Added a setting to block chat id, which means you can prohibit certain chats from using the bot.
