According to the The Wall Street Journal, citing informed sources, Donald J. Trump is considering limited U.S. strikes inside Iran to pressure stalled peace talks. A broader, high-tempo strike campaign is also being considered but is less likely. Any strikes…
A blockade of the Strait of Hormuz would place significant pressure on Iran’s economy, though likely less severe than some estimates suggest.
Iran currently exports roughly 1.3–1.7 million barrels of oil per day, translating to about $100–140 million in daily revenue at prevailing prices. Including petrochemicals and other exports, total exposure could reach approximately $120–200 million per day, or $4–7 billion per month if major disruptions occur.

Including petrochemicals and other exports, total exposure could reach approximately $120–200 million per day, or $4–7 billion per month if major disruptions occur.
While the majority of Iran’s seaborne oil exports depend on Hormuz, a complete halt is unlikely. Alternative infrastructure such as the Jask Oil Terminal and limited use of the Chabahar Port would allow partial continuation of exports, though not enough to offset full losses.
Overall, any sustained disruption would sharply reduce foreign currency inflows, weaken trade capacity, and intensify pressure on Iran’s already constrained economy—without fully shutting it down.

Buldan noted that Öcalan holds Bahçeli in very special regard because of his previous move and the step he took, saying, “He expresses this in every meeting without exception. But he also speaks from a perspective that acknowledges Mr. Erdoğan's merits. After all, he is the President of this country, a party to the process, the head of state. As you know, the President doesn't talk much about this process. He's more distant, more reserved. His rhetoric and approach aren't as strong as Mr. Bahçeli's, but ultimately, there is a will at play.”
Pervin Buldan, who said, "Öcalan's role needs to be clarified; he is managing the process and his name should be given," responded to the question, "How does he want to be referred to in official texts?"
“He’s not saying anything himself, let me tell you. He’s only talking about the concept. He’s actually talking about an architecture. This project has an architecture. This architecture should have a name. He’s managing this process, he’s the executor. He has a position within this architecture,” Buldan replied

10 o'clock tomorrow we have a blockade going into effect.
Other nations are working so that Iran will not be able to sell oil and that would be very effective.
There are many boats heading toward our country to fill up with oil. They're not going to go through the Strait of Hormuz and ultimately that'll be corrected. But in the meantime they're using us.
