Over previous build:
- Fixed Widevine certification on Global devices
- zRAM is now set up
- Enabled blur by default

Both builds require formatting userdata if coming from other ROMs (not just a full wipe) due to encryption-related changes.

Next build will be initial public release which will be available on my server and MEGA storage instead

This build doesn't longer support Android 10 due to under-the-hood changes made for Android 11, although AnyKernel will still install it regardless.

IR won't work on ROMs that don't use LineageOS LIRC-facing ConsumerIR HAL.

Ah I forgot to tell something with this test build:
You need to format cust partition either using mke2fs directly on TWRP terminal or fastboot using fastboot format cust before you can (clean|dirty) flash the build
