Spot has upgraded some trading pairs, and the changes are as follows. The remaining trading pairs will also be gradually upgraded.

1) "TradeId" field is changed from 24 characters to 16 in length

2) Add the "time" field (milliseconds) to the Topic of "/market/level2".

3) Modify the "orderTime" field of Topic "/spotMarket/tradeOrders", and "time" field of Topic "/market/match" from nanoseconds to milliseconds.

4）Matching rules: When the order is a market order, if the transaction quantity (funds/opponent price) is less than the minimum transaction quantity granularity (baseIncrement) configured for the transaction pair, the rest of the market order will be cancelled.
