To tell you the truth: since I was not coding these days, I wasn't active on the Fest π

π¨πΎβπ»π©πΎβπ» DevFest Addis 2025 hosted by Google Developers Group Addis (GDG Addis) was an interactive and inspiring one day event. The space was open for networking with fellow designers π¨ and programmers β¨οΈ
π€ Guest speakers were awesome people, and the founder of Jami couldn't inspire me more π₯
π Since I was not coding much recently, I wasn't active on the Fest to network with other programmers. I felt like I need to code more π
On the event, I got these points:
β«οΈ Think beyond coding. Think about problem solving.
β«οΈ Leverage AI, learn from it and go to solving problems.
β«οΈ Have a GROWTH mindset.
β«οΈ Whenever you are building, build scalable, secure and stable products. Start AI as a feature, not as a foundation.
π¨πΎβπ« For the panels, I have joined Track #1: Open Source Is the Shortcut: Start with Side Projects, End with a Career. I wasn't paying attention but these ideas crossed me:

ππΎ Open Source Software (OSS) teaches you real skills.
New Terms (for the beginner me π)
