Update: Added url buttons for image filters

Bot is down for maintenance

Bot is up now. Will be missing some filters. Also, please don't add new ones now as am trying to recover them, will update here once the process is over.

Missing filters has been restored. Kochu will be working a bit slow as it is currently hosted on backup server, will restore to main server by Tuesday.

The main update is that I can't guarantee on any of the chat filters added to the bot as they are creating issues. Also, I might limit the filter counts due to this.

So, be prepared !!

Filter per groups has been limited to 500. Also, for groups which have filters more than that 2000 filters, only 2000 will be kept & rest will be deleted randomly.

From today @kochubot will become fast as I've started to delete filters from groups having more than 2k filters

The best thing is that @kochufilterbot have all the filters backed up. Worst thing is that the bot is paid.

Edited the command to /removeallfilters & added a confirmation button for removing so that accidental clicks won't ruin your hard work.
