In these times of pandemic it is of utmost importance to make sure your loved ones, especially the elderly and vulnerable are being taken care of and given attention. You'd be forgiven to think that of all the places, a hospital is the last place for you to be expected to hear of neglect that too at an immense scale.

With the recent news of a vulnerable elderly who was left without food and blatantly lied to by staff when her adult children contacted the hospital on a regular basis (as they weren't allowed to visit due to the pandemic) until they spoke to their frail mother who confirmed she hasn't eaten for days. Here is what the Bart's Health NHS Trust is doing.

Contact and keep in regular touch with your family members that are in the hospital, hospice, care centre, day centre, etc.
