If you start your day with these steps, the rest of your day will be filled with blessings and success.

GCSE Results - Message from NMC

Assalamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu

We would like to offer our sincerest congratulations to all those who have completed their GCSE this year! Whatever the result, you have all achieved another milestone in life alhumdulillah.

As Muslims we should never become arrogant if we attain some worldly success, or despair if we do not achieve what we set out to. The believer is always content with the decree of Allah and for those who did not achieve what they wanted, if you sincerely put your trust in Allah, know that He, in His infinite Wisdom and Mercy will open a path for you to have the best outcome in this life and the next.

"And whoever lives a life being mindful and conscious of Allah, He opens a path for His servant and provides for him in a way that he could never have even imagined." (Surah at-Talaq 2:3)

For those who achieved the grades they wanted, be mindful of not letting arrogance enter your heart. You should be thankful to Allah and show gratitude through the favours He has given you, not simply for your own personal gain and amusement, but to help others as Allah has helped you.

We are always happy to offer advice and guidance to any brothers and sisters if they need support, so please feel free to contact the masjid.

We ask Allah that He blesses you and keeps you and your family in His love, mercy and protection. Allahumma Ameen.

Ponder over the following Hadith:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Allah makes the way to Jannah easy for a person who treads the path in search of knowledge."
(Muslim)

🏖🏝🏖🏝🏖

We all want Paradise and so we should strive towards whatever will help us. The above Hadith tells us that if we seek knowledge about Islam, then Allah will make the way to paradise easier.

Try to learn something every day.
