Resources for students
One of the targets of this legislation is student campaigners – students have used the tactics of boycotts and divestment for many years, from protests against Barclays for its involvement in apartheid South Africa in the 1980s to recent success of climate groups lobbying for divestment from fossil fuel companies.

Solve The Fruit Riddles 🍓

Only fruits can be found in each sentence.

Share answers on the comments

Identify the fruit from the given statement:-

(There is a fruit in every statement)

Example: Did you see a man go by? (Mango)

1. He found his home lonely after his dog’s death.

2. One dare not rob an anaconda of its prey.

3. The crook made his escape armed with a gem.

4. She told her uncle money was what she needed more.

5. If I go out now, I shall miss my cousin.

6. Either courage or anger made him move swiftly.

7. The beggar held out his cap pleading for money.

8. Matters regarding rape should be dealt with sensitivity.

9. The English teacher Ryan teaches French too.

10. He saw his papa yawning at work.

11. He had kept on his lap lumpsum of money.

12. Are classes for Telugu available in this city?

13. It is easy to shape a child rather than a man.

14. He is an extremely cheesy guy.

15. Can I wear a khaki with a black shirt?

Very interesting..food for the brain..the letters are all found next to each other..not anywhere or separate in the sentence.

Challenge yourself by thinking of phrases that have reference to or names of fruits in them.

How to choose a name for your organisation or business?

For this we must understand what is a Vision Statement and a Mission Statement.

Vision statement, as the name implies, is a long-term aim of what the organisation aspires to become - the ambition and future goals.

Mission statement on the other hand is what the core values and purpose of the organisation. What it wants to become now and how it intends to achieve them i.e. actions or steps it takes to realise them.

To ascertain whether the name is representative and reflects the purpose of this organisation, here, we must ask why are we doing this in the first instance? Is it fulfilling the vision and mission of our organisation? Does it reflect and do justice to every aspect as envisioned in the statements?

PARR Workshop (FREE)

This webinar is for overwhelmed parents looking for tools to stay grounded and calm amid the chaos!

If you are yelling, snapping, and overreacting all day, join this webinar to learn my 4-step method called PARR (pause, acknowledge, respond, reflect).

Here are some of the benefits parents have reported after working with me and implementing PARR in their homes:

- Stress levels reduced
- Calmness increased
- Parents report getting through their days with more ease and peace
- Battles and power struggles stopped
- Connection with their kids increased

Understanding our parenting triggers is critical if we want to get to the bottom of why we react the way we do. We can put several tools into practice, but you need a foundation, a system to rely on to ground yourself first.

Here's what a previous client said about PARR:

"PARR has improved ALL my relationships. I use it all the time; when communicating with my husband, friends, co-workers, parents, literally everyone. It has changed the way I parent AND live."
