In to zone 2. Now we want to see if it enters the key support area

What a lovely move. Anyone following KOG for the last 6 months has seen the power of Excalibur.

2nd Target complete. And thats us done for today. Remember NFP tomorrow. We haven't entered for the long trade yet. We'll wait for strong confirmation before we do. If we miss it, we miss it. Its been a nice days trading. KOG

NFP Today. Expect some volatile and choppy price action. We're scanning charts looking for clues. We'll share our analysis before the release of the numbers.

Gold seems to be following our road map pretty well. We analysed the price points for a KOG target and potential reversal and we got it. We also identified the key support area where we were looking for a reaction, the price came down that level and rebounded bullishly. Right now its suggesting that it will still follow our road map and continue upwards towards the 1885-95 levels. IF it does this is where we want to see if we continue bullish or if we again see a rejection and then a further decline on gold. We’re only scalping today as its NFP later this afternoon, its really not worth getting stuck in any positions hoping to catch the highs and the lows. Remember, this is Gold and it will swing up and down to trigger and many stop losses and orders as possible before making its move.

Our view:

We’re expecting to see support below, the move from yesterday could have been a flush on the longs before resuming the bullish move towards the 1920 levels.

. Below here we’re looking at 1860 again as a potential low wick on the NFP candle and then up. We had a KOG level of 1860 which has been hit but the price failed to close below it. The daily bearish engulfing candle could get challenged so again that key area is 1893-97.

If this goes down first we’re looking for support below at the 1860. 1850-40 levels, that’s where we will most likely take a small long trade to target the higher levels.

If this supports around here will look for this to go up first, if it faces resistance at the 1890-95 levels we’ll look to take a short back down towards the 1860 levels.

This is the road map we're looking at. The view is still this can go up before coming back down. However, the NFP chart is the projection for todays movement, not the short-med term movement we're expecting. Hope thats clear.
