XAUUSD 1H - Update:

This is an update on Fridays chart. You can see we followed the scenario we were looking for where we were expecting the Asian high to be challenged and beaten.

On opening we could quite possibly see the above movement in Gold which lines up with our daily analysis. However, we won't know until market open and we'll wait for Excalibur to let us know which way is first. We'll update you when possible. Its bank holiday so there will be a limited service tomorrow.

Quiet day today as expected with the bank holiday and low volume in the markets. We're not around that much today but keeping an eye on the charts.

A busy week ahead with quite a lot of news on the horizon. We have a market moving event nearly every day with NFP on Friday. Please keep a note of the events and expect more volatility in the markets this week. We'll be back tomorrow as per usual with our analysis and trade ideas.

On a serious note. We still have people copying, sharing and selling our analysis on other groups. This is not acceptable. Some are not even in the group, they simply view everything without joining and then share it on their own channels. We can't stop this from happening at the moment, however, what will happen is they will ruin it for everyone else as we just won't share as much as we do.

This was posted on the daily KOG report on Sunday. Some brokers have opened with a glitch up this evening. Excalibur has left us a long trade target above which coincides with the previous KOG target. We'll share the chart in the morning.

Excalibur Target complete.

As we said last night, we were expecting the glitch open and then for this to move up towards the KOG target and then potentially reverse back down which it has done.

Now we're seeing some minor support here and we have news later today. We're back on the screens so will go through some charts with what we think for the US sessions.

Just a reminder. There is enough on here if you go through the messages. The daily report gives a lot of detail for what we expect for the week. Although you may see a few scenarios you'll see we always analyse the range and the potential target is usually the same direction. Whenever you see a KOG target always keep this is mind. You can see how powerful they are.

Perfect reversal on Excalibur target, backtest on resistance, down towards the target. Probably exit a majority of the trade here.

Unfortunately due the actions of some members of the group the chat group is now closing. We will continue to share all our analysis and ideas here as usual. We do not take kindly to people sharing our charts and our analysis on other groups, as we said before, it’s the actions of a few that will ruin it for everyone else. To be clear. This group is not shutting down. We will continue to post our analysis and ideas here across different pairs. Only the chat group where traders can have discussions is shutting down.

Finding support around here it looks like. If it wants to complete the move it can retrace a little then come down towards the 1880-85 level. We'll share the chart in the morning.

More news releases tomorrow and all the way to Friday. Expecting more choppy price action and long wicks.

Yesterday we managed to trade Gold both up into the Excalibur zone and then down into support levels we had mentioned on the charts. We have an early indication of a target around the 1890-93 level but ideally would like to get a good entry for this.

We're looking for resistance above at the 1903-06 zone, as long as this holds we will be testing the short trade down towards the lower levels. Please note, breaking the 1906 level could push the price back up towards 1910+

There are a lot of news events this week so we would expect there to be some movement, we suggest you trade with caution if you're new, using small lots and strict stops.

On the chart you'll see what is possibly the road map and range were expecting this to follow and play in. 1880 is a key level where the price will need to support for this to go higher. Breaking below this level will put more pressure on gold and force more decline.

Now if this hits the 1890-93 level first we won't enter this trade. Rather we will look for a support below and test the long. We'll share the chart if we see this scenario unfolding.

Thats where we're putting our stop on this one. Breaking above that level will push the price up further. Small lot

If it closes it will close at BE. We'll look higher to get back in again

XAUUSD H1 -

Update from yesterdays chart. We hit our stop at breakeven yesterday after taking 50% profits of the table. We said we'll get in again if it went higher, nicely came towards the level we were expecting. We've taken exits on 90% of any shorts here and move stops to breakeven. We would expect it to find some support here and potentially retrace a little back up towards the 1900 level. A completion of the first target is around 1889 so its a good idea to protect your trades.
