Something we need to keep an eye on. Excalibur gave us two targets at the beginning of May. The first target has been achieved. We still however have a target below which even we are a bit sceptical about. Anyhow, we have to keep it in mind as most of our targets are quite accurate. IF this target lower is hit it means they'll use some news event to drive the price of the dollar down to technical levels which will mean a rollercoaster on the markets across the board. With BTC the way it is as well we would suggest you take all trades with caution and small lot sizes, especially on the precious metals.

We had a KOG target above which was hit to to the T. KOG targets also work as reversal zones, we can see how the price reacted there and turned around. We have a KOG target below but we're trading it with caution.

XAUUSD 4H - Excalibur has given us another long indication. Although we know its a very accurate tool, after yesterdays flush on the buyers we would treat this with caution. Its likely that we may see the price push up at some point to get some late buyers…
XAUUSD -
We're sticking with this for now. We can see this pulling back do to support levels at some point over the sessions. We could get a similar move to previous days, where it goes up during the first half and then takes a decline in the late US session. We're still staying short on this as long as its below 1900

XAUUSD - 30M

We're in what could be a symmetrical triangle. We've taught these on the group before, we know that in most instances they give a false signal one way and then break the opposite direction. If this is the case we're looking for the immediate resistance levels to scale in on shorts.
Scenario 1:
We ideally want this to break all resistance levels, go up towards our KOG target and do the drop down over next week.
Scenario 2:
If this goes down first, we're looking for support below and then we'll expect this to resume its move upwards towards the KOG target.

We see Gold open and continue with the momentum from last week, go up towards the our target levels and then start the drop over the course of the week.
Either way, we’re trading calmly and as always level to level. We will monitor the price action on the smaller timeframes over the early sessions and then decide which way we want to take it.

Gold is allowing us to trade it without getting stuck in positions. We would recommend anyone trading the markets across any pairs to be extremely careful over the coming week. We're approaching month end and have some Red news events coming up. The market knows there are new traders trading smaller accounts using big lot sizes. Always remember, the market wants your money!! Protect yourself and your investment. This is not the market condition to be using large lot sizes and trading without stop losses. We're at price points now where if it turns and you're in the wrong way it will leave you stuck and not give you time to think.

However, one target is still active, now unless we leave this range and totally clear the levels above it looks like an event will spike this down. We'll keep monitoring this.
