Anyone long needs to protect their trades around here. It's a 4H resistance level with support now standing at the 2380 level and key level resistance 2395. We're still ranging but expect a blast of volume to come in later in the session.

For this week, I want everyone to reduce lot sizes and play defence please. Pick the cleanest pairs, pick the best set up. If it's ranging, stay out of it, let price do what it wants to do. FOMC Tomorrow, take it easy now please

It's FOMC today, you know what that means. Best practice for new traders is to sit the event out, wait for the price to go where they want to take it, look for a clean set up, then enter the markets if you wish to trade. The most amount of money and accounts are blown during FOMC and NFP because traders are trying to capture the volume driven candles with large lots. This is not trading, this is gambling!
