Up from 1820 into 1830 and back down again

Very difficult markets to trade, the swings are extreme and very choppy price action within the smaller time frames is making it difficult to pin point the entries. We're still hitting the trades though, candles look small but even the smallest moves are giving a min of 50pips. Silver, Gold and US30 blew the roof off Camelot today
