Very choppy PA here on gold but we still haven't broken above the bias level. We've now hit TP2 but with news tomorrow, I think we'll need to monitor this resistance level over the Asia session.

Big day today and tomorrow. I'm not going to publish the RB targets and the bias because the volume that this can bring will make it difficult with the whipsaw.

We have key level above 4440-4 which needs to break to go higher. Above that 4480 is likely and the is a key level above that at 4508 which is where price can temporarily exhaust.

Below, 4350 is a key level but breaking below that the first point of interest sits at 4320-10. Again, price may temporarily stall but scalps on in my opinion. Breaking below that we have 4265, that's on my radar at the moment if it get's there!

Remember, the trade comes after they have moved the price. Trying to capture the move by trading candles is a recipe for disaster. We sit on our hands, 80% of this game is waiting patiently.

As a trader, you have a set of rules, that means your strategy is the same, your lot size is the same and your risk model is the same. When there is a sale on in the market, you stick to your rules knowing that you could have made more money if you wanted to but didn't, because you have a system. The reason for that is this, when you start thinking you could have made more money than you have, you start getting arrogant and increase the lot sizes, the positions are usually in the wrong place because now FOMO has kicked in. This is when they turn it against you. Why? Because they want everything they've given you back, plus more.

Play the game the way they don't want you to play it! Take when it gives, give little when it takes and sit back.
