You'll notice the bias changes here, the direction changes, we don't commit to one direction or focus too much on where price may end up. All we're looking for is a decent trade a day, a plan of intra-day direction, a plan of entry, a plan of managing the position, and a plan to get out.

Camelot Friday so we'll use the day to clean up and prepare for next week. Decent shorts this week and decent longs with all the bias level targets completing. Yesterday's long completed into the region we wanted and as you can see RED BOX MAGIC rejection from above. Some decided to short and they're holding runners, personally, no more Gold trading for us today.

Resistance at key level 3230 with support below 3195. MA's being drawn together and accumulation in progress, breakout pending! We have a target active, some want to trade it, I'm happy to let it go and start the weekend early.

TIP: As you can see we share our 4H Red boxes with you all for free. These are a function on our indicator and one of the most powerful tools we have together with it's partner the custom volume indicator which confirms the move. One thing I don't think I have mentioned in the past is plotting our 4H boxes and switching to 1H. When you do this and apply the red box levels, you see what happens.

Most of you are just following the path, which does work most of the time but you have to fine tune the entry and exit levels, hence we give you the immediate target levels. Above, is a chart showing the 4H boxes on a 1H chart, as you can see, break and close, pull back etc, this stops us longing and shorting at the wrong times.

Then you add the bias levels and targets. Hopefully that should make things a bit more clearer for you
